We take pride and joy in making our art, despite the hard labor and the days spent working late into the night! Through all of that, we have had the pleasure of serving thousands of kind and awesome customers just like you. I am genuinely convinced that 99.9% of the great people who take interest in our art are good meaning and good hearted folk, and we have been blessed with very few bad apples. Unfortunately, there are bullies and karens and scammers out there. They don't care that you put your heart and soul into an item. They don't care that you are a small seller and not Amazon. Because of that we have had to lay out some clear and fair policies to insure the correct thing is done by all parties. The following is a detailed outline of our store policies. We believe them to be a perfect balance of fairness and respect for the customer, as well as protection and consideration to the artists that sell their work. :)

 

Returns Policy

Buyers Remorse: We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, you may need to return an item. We have a No Questions Asked return policy to make the process as fast and easy for you as possible. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Though there are a few conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be undamaged and in "Like New" condition. 
  2. Item(s) must be properly and safely packaged to survive the voyage. (We put a lot of care into getting it to you, so we expect the same back). 
  3. All returns will be subject to an inspection before a refund is issued. If the returned item(s) arrives damaged due to improper packaging from the returnee, no refund will be issued. 
  4. Return postage will be the buyer's responsibility. We will only pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You can expect to
receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (up to 48 hours), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Replacement and Refunds Policy

Though we try our best to insure the highest quality of packaging, sometimes things just break. Maybe the mailman threw it over the fence, or used it as a chair for his lunch break? Either way, we strive to correct all issues and come to a quick resolution that will leave you feeling happy and well treated. With that being said, there is only one condition for a refund or replacement:

Pictures. No pictures, no replacements or refunds. Simple as that.

If it arrived damaged and you provide evidence, we will immediately begin to work on the resolution that works best for you! On top of that, we will cover shipping on any replacement item(s) so there are no additional costs for you to worry about! :)

Lost, Stolen, or Return-to-Sender Packages Policy

Lost Packages:

  • If a package is lost due to no fault of the buyer nor the seller, we will work side by side with you and the parcel service provider to resolve your issue. A case will be opened by either the buyer or the seller, and an investigation will be conducted by the parcel service provider to try and locate your lost package.
  • All orders will be shipped to the EXACT address provided at checkout. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure all information is correctly entered. We will not be responsible for a package lost in transit, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information from the buyer.
  • If the lost or misdelivered package is a result of an error on our part, we will send you a replacement and pay for the shipping costs.
  • An order conformation will be sent to the provided email after checkout, with the delivery address included. If you believe you have made an error or need a change of address, contact us within 24 hours.
  • Shipped packages are beyond our control. If a customer makes a post-shipped arrangement with the Parcel Service (UPS/FedEx) without notifying us first, and that results in a charge to our account, the charge will be billed out to the customer. Example: Call UPS and request they redirect the package to another address or city.

Stolen Packages:

Once we have done our part, we are no long responsible for what the the Parcel Service (UPS/FedEx) does with the package. Nor can we be held responsible for the actions of criminals. If you believe your package has been stolen, you will need to contact the Parcel Service and open a case with them. They will start an investigation to locate your package and inform you on the option they can offer. No refunds or replacements will be issued as a result of a stolen package. We are deeply sorry for anyone who experiences porch piracy, we too have been victims of it in our personal lives. Nevertheless, we do not think it is fair to pass that theft on to the sellers who provided a service and labored. A package theft does not only hurt the customer, it hurts the seller, it hurts the experience, and the good relationship between a store and its valued customers. If you live in an area of high package thefts, or are concerned that your package may be at risk, contact us and we can make arrangements for a "signature required" delivery.

Return-to-Sender Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information (such as a non-serviceable or non-existent address), we are charged a second shipping fee equivalent to the standard shipping rate for that area.

  • If this is a result of incorrect information from the buyer, the order will not be shipped back out nor will the buyer be given a refund. The customer will need to reorder or cover the charges plus the new shipping fee, whichever is cheaper.
  • If the return was an error on our part, we will replace the package and pay for all fees associated.

 

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the United States. This is limited to the 48 continental states. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S Territories, though we will still ship to those areas for an additional fee. Contact us for more information about deliveries to AK/HI.

We ship with UPS mostly and FedEx sometimes, USPS is avoided due to their mishandling of packages in the past, and will only be used if the other two options are not possible. If you have a preference between UPS or FedEx, contact us withing 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders must be shipped to a Residential or Commercial address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to their small sizes and often inflated shipping rates. If you provide a P.O. Box as a delivery address, we may contact you and request a different address. If no contact can be made withing 72 hours, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount back to the original payment method (bank processing times may apply).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Handling times are between 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of payment. Depending on the shipping provider and your shipping zone, expected shipping transit times are between 2-7 business days. Tracking information will be provided for every order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
